  Working with Tina was the most wonderful experience imaginable from start to finish. She is smart, punctual, responsive, diligent, thorough, and incredibly good at her job. During the house search she quickly learned our needs and interests and objectively guided us toward properties uniquely fitting to them. I was amazed how well she knew the market and how quickly she was able to guide us to the perfect house for us. During escrow she explained every step and answered every question (we had many!!!) quickly and thoroughly. She checked in exactly the right amount to ensure we knew the next step or action we were supposed to take. We also had one concerning finding from the home inspection and she took care of everything by setting up appointments for me with multiple experts to evaluate the issue - she left no rock unturned until I was satisfied with the diagnosis and still wanted to move forward with the house. Now we are homeowners, and I can’t imagine going through any of the process without Tina and her team by my side, educating and supporting me every step of the way. I will go back to Kaminsky Real Estate again and again!
