  I particularly like the way the front office leaves us tenants alone by not regularly reminding us about apartment rules and such, like a First Sergeant in an army barrack.

  This is my initial review of the apartment because I recently moved here so I may adjust my review in the future. However I am writing a 4 star review because so far Playa Pacifica deserves it. Their leasing office staff have been kind, punctual, and professional since I requested to live here. The grounds are clean, signage is excellent, the complex feels safe and secure, and I have 0 complaints with my room. The appliances are brand spankin new, it's clean, and there are no major problems. My neighbors are quiet and respectful too which is a bonus. I almost did not want to live here due to negative reviews but I think negatively breeds reviews so hopefully I can spin a positive vibe for this place. Thank you to Alex & Delaina for helping get me set up - You're both very kind people and made my move-in process smooth & relaxed. Cheers
